00:07What happens tonight in the Lone Star State?

00:11I'm going to get some good runs in the Lone Star State.

00:12And also maybe a stack is available because you just look at the Angels

00:15and typically it's like, hey man, they're like the White Sox.

00:18Let's look at the line of everybody stinks outside of one player here.

00:21But based on their performance against right-handed pitchers early in the season,

00:24everybody is really good except Tim Manderson in the nine hole.

00:27So you have eight straight batters with plus ISO power number

00:30and weighted on base percentage against right into pitching.

00:33That's where you should start to look first.

00:34Last year, Tyler Malley, 56 batters he's faced, not a lot to look at.

00:38So fast forward to this year.

00:39He almost has as many batters faced this year than he did entirety of last year.

00:43So if you focus on this current season right now, 53 batters faced,

00:47he said, boy, look at this.

00:48An ISO power number against 065, a weighted on base percentage of 196.

00:52That's fantastic.

00:53But his K rate is low and his walk rate is a little bit high.

00:55So take a look at some of those numbers through 13 and two-thirds innings.

00:58Again, not a lot to work with here, but a 1.32 ERA that you might be like,

01:02boy, that's spectacular.

01:04That XFIP number, which factors everything else in, 4.51.

01:08So you're looking at the Angels that should have a pretty good night at the dish.

01:10Flip it over to the other side with Yusei Kikuchi.

01:12Not a great start so far to the season for him.

01:14A 5 ERA, but a 4.44 XFIP number, which is still elevated to 18 innings pitched.

01:20A left-handed pitcher struggling with right-handed batters.

01:23And what are you going to face most times here, Ben?

01:24Corey Seager, the middle of that lineup, a lefty.

01:27Everybody else will be right-handed batters.

01:30Why can't we get runs down the low-star state tonight between these two?
