A corner shop in Chichester has reopened after an extensive refit.

00:12Cam and Lydia Sahadi have been tenants of One Hardham Road since 2005.

00:19The premises operates as a convenient store to serve the local community and wider population.

00:25In 2008, the Council constructed an extension to the premises, which enabled the store to expand and increase the product sold.

00:36When Two Hardham Road became available to let, Cam and Lydia were successful in securing a lease of the premises to further expand the store.

00:47They have invested in creating a large, modern, convenient store and agreed a 14-year lease term.
