00:21said the situation is being closely monitored, with district officers placed on high alert for

00:27potential evacuations. As of 4 p.m., no Temporary Relief Center's PPS had been activated, but

00:35preparations are in place should conditions deteriorate. The Fire and Rescue Department

00:41confirmed receiving several distress calls related to flash floods and inundated roads,

00:46adding that personnel had been deployed to assist affected residents. Residents are advised to remain

00:53vigilant, avoid flood-prone areas, and follow updates from official sources.
