00:48what's normal, what's acceptable and just talking day-to-day life.

00:53I think we as a football club can support players like that better, adapting to English ways and just lifestyle.

01:13How do you do that then, just keep an eye on them more?

01:16More support, yeah, more support. How quickly we can get them to speak in English if that was an issue,

01:20coming over for certain players, support for families.

01:25Yeah, there's so much more you can do to integrate them into...

01:29Football, it's the easy bit, but it's like today, you're with the players,

01:36probably with the players five hours today, do you know what I mean?

01:39The other 19 hours, you know, where's the support if they need it?

01:42So, yeah, I think that's more a thing, having easier access to support,

01:48to things they need, any facilities they need.

01:51And, yeah, I think you can make them adapt to the British culture, if you like, a lot quicker.

01:57I like it a lot quicker.
