00:05collapsed during a concert, killing 184 people with more than 200 injured.
00:12Cardi B and more are speaking out.
00:14Singer Ruby Perez was performing when the tragedy occurred and has been reported dead
00:19at 69.
00:20He was known for Billboard hits such as Tuvas a Volar.
00:28Cardi B posted to her community saying,
00:31I'm in literal tears scrolling down my timeline seeing my Dominican people being rescued, some
00:35with lives and some gone.
00:38For the people who lost a family or a friend don't have bad memories.
00:41They left this earth singing and dancing and most likely happy and enjoying themselves,
00:46and that's how the Lord will receive them.

00:51It's so heartbreaking to see one of our iconic artists, Ruby Perez, leave in such a tragic
00:55way.
00:56It's sad though our final memory of him was him sharing his beautiful voice to us.
