Les répercussions économiques de l'épidémie de Covid-19 ont contraint Mike Lane à fermer son entreprise d'ameublement. Désormais installé à Miami, il survit en travaillant comme barman jusqu'à sa rencontre avec Maxandra Mendoza, l'épouse d'un richissime homme d'affaires. Celle-ci lui fait une proposition qu'il ne peut pas refuser : la suivre à Londres pour y entraîner un groupe de danseurs et strip-teaseurs et ressusciter sur scène le grand Magic Mike dans un théâtre dont elle est propriétaire. Mais, arrivé dans la capitale britannique, Mike va vite comprendre que son employeuse ne lui a pas tout dit...
