00:00James, thank you very much for naming your heifer after me.
00:03She's behind me.
00:04She's behind you.
00:05Go on, point her out.
00:06Is that Emily?
00:08They're all up in the field just over there.
00:09Is that me there, James?
00:10Is that me?
00:11Oh, fantastic stuff.
00:13They're all growing well.
00:15Fantastic.
00:16Oh, goodness me.
00:18Brilliant stuff.
00:19Keeping it in the family, aren't we?
00:20Thank you very much.
00:21Thanks for Marlow and James right there.
00:23Lots of you have been getting in touch about this one.
00:26Lots of you saying that we should be buying British,
00:29that you already do buy British and that you do look out for it.
00:34Anne says, remember, a lot of taxpayers' money is sent to the poor country's farms
00:38to make food just for us to import it at a cheaper price.
00:41Yes, this is a bit of a scandal for the farming community
00:43that actually we're spending a lot of foreign aid on farming outside of this country.
00:48To subsidise other countries' farms when we then tax our farmers to the hills.
00:52Yeah, questionable.
00:53But Lisa says, I buy British goods wherever I can.
00:56Rich says, I'm with you.
00:57Why not run, why not buy British?
01:00Amazon Germany points out German products.
01:03Does it?
01:04Oh, so if you go on Amazon in Germany, it puts the German products first.
01:07Really?
01:08Interesting.
01:09But of course, I mean, in UK supermarkets,
01:11you see the British flag on, you know,
01:15your sausages that are coming from this country
01:17and you won't see that flag on others.
01:19So we do also have those sort of promotions.
01:21Well, there you go.
01:22And Sasi says UK and New Zealand lamb are both cheaper
01:25than French lamb in French supermarkets.
01:28So there you go.
01:29But the French, I don't know,
01:30they always say that they're willing to spend more on their food
01:32than other countries because it's such a, you know,
01:34a big part of their culture.
