00:00This is the latest report of the Philippine Statistics Authority, from 4.3% in January, it dropped to 3.8% in February.

00:21This is the lowest level since December 2024.

00:26According to the PSA, increasing the number of jobs and services helped in opening opportunities during the election.

01:38The Media Security Vanguards is far from creating a front-line responder to the media that has a say in their work.

01:46Meanwhile, the PCO Secretary, J. Ruiz, is encouraging the existence of a Code of Conduct and Platform Self-Regulation in social media

01:55to avoid spreading false information.

02:00We will try to shed light on lies.

02:05We will immediately take action.

02:08We're trying to come up with a framework like this,

02:12with the NBI and PCO,

02:16with the platforms,

02:20to have an operational framework

02:23on how to take down, right away, the fake news.

02:27Especially if it concerns national security.
