00:00Yesterday, Masbate 1st District Rep. Ricardo Co. was informed about the use of emergency cell broadcast system in Pangangampanya.

00:09He said that the candidate for governor only knew that his name and his fellow party members were mentioned in the so-called alert when it went viral online.

00:18Last Thursday, some residents of Masbate City received an alert that was considered an emergency or a warning for calamity, but the content was Pangangampanya.

00:27This was followed up by Komalek and it was reported to the Department of Information and Communications Technology and National Telecommunications Commission.
