00:00I just, I wanted to take a second to talk about Ovechkin breaking Gretzky's record

00:04Think about Ovechkin however you want

00:06The moment itself was awesome

00:10I thought the different calls of the final goal was tremendous

00:14The way you were just, you know, pausing a game

00:17To kind of like appreciate this guy and appreciate breaking the record

00:21You only see records like this being broken kind of once or twice in a lifetime, right?

00:26Yeah

00:27Tom Brady's touchdown record probably won't ever get broken

00:30Just because of the longevity he had in the sport

00:33And how successful he was in the second half of his career

00:36Even more so in the first half

00:37And so seeing a guy like Ovechkin break a record that nobody thought would ever be broken

00:42Was a really special moment

00:44And I just wanted to take a moment to recognize that

00:47What do you think the next one to go could be?

00:51In any sport?

00:52Yeah

00:54I don't know

00:55I didn't think of Gretzky's record would ever have been broken

00:59The goal record

01:02Because LeBron holds the all-time record for points in the NBA, right?

01:05So I just don't see anybody

01:08LeBron's like Brady in the way that I just don't see

01:10Somebody playing with that kind of longevity at that level

01:13So it's hard to see that record get broken

01:15I don't know that anybody's ever going to break Ovechkin's record

01:18In the way hockey's played now

01:20But the biggest part to me that will never be broken is goals with one team

01:24Yeah, true

01:25Look at LeBron James and Tom Brady

01:27Both broke records not on the teams they were drafted by

01:31Yeah, that's true

01:32Ovechkin in this day and age

01:33Especially in the NHL where everybody is traded

01:36Everybody goes from team to team

01:38Do this all for one organization

01:40It's just unbelievable

01:40And to score that many goals like year in and year out

01:44I saw an interview where he's like

01:45I'd have to score like 50 goals for six straight seasons

01:48Yeah, in 2016 he said that

01:49You know, but he was able to do that

01:51For me the record that I think will never be broken

01:55Is the Gretzky points record

01:58I mean the fact that Ovechkin broke Gretzky's record

02:01And some of these

02:02I always look at the records that look like they'll never be broken

02:08You agree with Shaim on the Brady one?

02:10I don't know

02:12Because I think you might find somebody that could play a ton of years

02:14And throw a ton of touchdowns in today's NFL
