The teen was riding with his girlfriend when his scooter took on a life of its own and malfunctioned.   Funny Ring doorbell footage from shows the teen trying to stop the two-wheeler before crashing into a row of bins.   The couple eventually managed to get off the scooter, but the chaos didn’t end there - the scooter suddenly roared back to life, forcing Harvey to wrestle with it.   Dad Simon Wickham, 50, from Watford, Hertfordshire, said: "The throttle on the scooter failed and it went full throttle.   "Both wheels are powered so he had trouble stopping it until he could turn the key off."   The video was captured in August 2024.
