00:48They are not allowed to use vehicles, facilities, infrastructure, and any media of the government during the campaign period.
01:04What about the aid implemented by national government agencies wherein there is always a presence of politicians?
01:15The distribution of social welfare benefits like AICS, ACAP, TUPAD, and all other social services.
01:31During the campaign period, politicians are no longer allowed to support a candidate
01:42during the distribution or delivery of these services,
01:47including their relatives within the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
01:54During the distribution of this aid, if it is done in one place,
02:00their tarpaulins and pictures visibly displayed during the distribution are also prohibited.
02:11These packages should not contain any campaign materials, even a picture of a politician.
