00:15file the indictment, a process that could take between one and a year and a half.

00:20A judge will decide whether to open an oral trial for the cocktails case,

00:24in which Fujimori and 32 other people linked to her party, Forza Popular,

00:28are investigated for alleged illegal contributions to their campaigns.

00:32Among the alleged donors are the Brazilian construction company Odebrecht and several

00:36Peruvian economic conglomerates, although the Fujimorista party defends that the funds were

00:41raised through events with supporters during the campaigns.
