Radford College's World's Greatest Shave

Eighty-five Year 12 students at Radford College in Canberra - and some teachers - have taken part in the Leukaemia Foundation’s iconic World’s Greatest Shave campaign. They included Cynara Yates, the only female student who shaved her hair.

00:52What was it like doing it?

00:54Surreal, but very fun, very much a contagious sense of joy.

01:02I'm just so incredibly proud.

01:04She actually does me proud every day and amazes me every day.

01:08So I am, you know, this is such a small thing to make such a big impact.

01:15It's a lot of hair.

01:17It'll make a great wig.
