00:00Annie, how is Katara South shaping up this year?

00:03Yeah, really well. So we've kept a strong core group of girls from the past few seasons,

00:08which we've really built on to create that solid core in the midcourt especially.

00:13Rachel Gardner has stepped away from playing and is our head coach now,

00:18so it's going to be really great to have her on the bench guiding us through the game

00:22whilst we will miss her presence through the midcourt.

00:24I think we've got some really good young guns coming through there.

00:27And who's a player to watch in your side?

00:29I think Hannah Roth, our newest defender.

00:31She is amazing, arms for days and can just go anywhere in that defensive section.

00:36So I think, yeah, she's going to be one to watch this year.

00:39Who's the team to beat?

00:41I think it's Nova this year. I think I've heard some good recruits there.

00:45I think they've been building on a really strong connection these past few years

00:48and I think they could be the one to beat.
