00:00Oh hi, I'm Catherine, welcome to Lung Strength, how can I help you?
00:15So this is our huge free weight section where we've got the biggest dumbbell rack, this
00:18side of the mountains.
00:19And then over on the other side of the gym we've got over 150 machines where it's separated
00:23into chest, back, legs, so if you're here and you're stuck, just go to a certain section
00:28and you'll be fine.
00:29So this is our classroom, so we have functional equipment in here, as well as boxing bags,
00:33so this room is open to everyone to use.
00:45So up here we have a whole section allocated to glutes.
00:48Over here, the booty builder, the best hip thrust machine you will ever use.
00:52This is our cardio area, we've got a massive view of the whole gym, so you're not bored
00:56staring at a wall, I can think of nothing worse.
00:58So yeah, you've got plenty to look at while you're doing your cardio.
