00:26that left the country on April 1 and 2 have been completed.
00:29According to Philippine Contingent Commander Lieutenant Erwin Diploma,
00:32there is no wasting of time for the members of LUPON
00:35because every moment is important to save lives.
00:39The Urban Search and Rescue Team is being formed
00:42by the agencies of AFP, BFP, MMDA, and DENR
00:46to assist the private sector
00:49while providing medical services to the agencies of the Department of Health
00:53under the supervision of the Office of Civil Defense.
00:56Meanwhile, the Department of Foreign Affairs is now doubling its efforts
01:00to find the four Filipinos who were trapped in a condominium in Mandalay City.
