Wendy Williams definitely isn’t alone in her fight to break free from her legal guardianship -- a whole crew of #FreeWendy supporters pulled up outside her assisted living facility to rally behind her.

00:00Wendy Williams having a big day because some of her fans and a former co-worker showed up outside

00:07the assisted living facility where she is as

00:10She is described it being held prisoner on the fifth floor there

00:14And they are this is a protest a free Wendy protest outside the building

00:20And they wanted Wendy to see her to see them and they got it Wendy came to the window

00:26Was waving to everyone are you doing you know that I'm sure she was probably saying how you doing

00:32And you can tell that she is really enthused

00:36By the turnout by from her fans, and she really wants to get this the free Wendy movement

00:42Rolling here as she tries to get out of this out of the conservatorship or the guardianship

00:48But one of the people who were in that was in that crowd

00:51Suzanne Bass a name that fans of her show a Wendy's show would remember

00:57She is one of the producers of that show and she told us why it was important for her to be there

01:02She has been in touch with Wendy. This is what she had to say about the protest

01:17We're here for our girl Wendy and we're waiting for her to lift that shade up

01:20So I can raise her I have not seen her yet. I talked to her almost every day. No way

01:26I talked to her this morning and she's excited. Okay, good spirits

01:35She's excited to see the turnout and I'm ready to see her so I can wave to her

01:41It's amazing when you think about how Wendy looked when she was talking with Harvey from that same window

01:47Right and was so desperate and so sad and felt so lonely today and you see that

01:52Yeah, that she was crying out for help and to see her today with the makeup on with the hat smiling happy

01:59She looks like a different person. We we know this from just in our communications with her. There's she has some hope now

02:05Yeah, and you can see that it's making a big difference to her and I'm sure having the fans down there
