00:28the European Union already dropped their tariff down to two and a half percent. It was announced
00:32a couple of days ago, which is what the United States, which is a very small tariff. The United
00:38States charged very little. And a lot of, I think I heard that India, just a little while ago,
00:45is going to be dropping its tariffs very substantially. And I said, why didn't somebody
00:49do this a long time ago? A lot of countries are going to be dropping their tariffs.
