00:06In an Instagram post, the actress, Carla, showed that it is a transformative experience for her to undergo

00:15oocyte cryopreservation or fertility preservation.

00:19According to the procedure, it helps to improve egg fertility, especially if there are health conditions

00:25such as hormonal imbalance or perimenopause.

00:29Carla said that she went through a lot of research, emotional preparation, and of course, the right support

00:36before making the decision to undergo the procedure.

00:39Meanwhile, she thanked her doctor and the nurses who took care of her

00:43so that the procedure can be successful.
