00:33It did cause profound upset, and I am profoundly ashamed of that, and I apologised within 24

00:39hours, and I remain deeply ashamed.

00:42It's one of those moments where when I think of it, I just wince.

00:48It was entirely wrong, and entirely inexcusable.
