00:06For the disaster relief, can you tell us how – when the disaster relief teams might be
00:12mobilized and ready, how soon that might take place?
00:17Have requests already come in, to your knowledge?
00:20And has the reorganization of USAID affected our ability in these instances to assemble
00:27a team and mobilize them quickly?
00:29Well, from conversations through the last – well, since early this morning, what I
00:35can tell you is that we wait for formal requests.
00:40So that has not – at least maybe in the last five minutes.
00:44But coming up here to the podium, we are waiting any formal requests.
00:50We are ready.
00:51Obviously, we are watching what is transpiring.
00:55It is – for all of us who watched September 11th unfold, there's video – I'm sure
01:00you've seen it – of a major skyscraper just – it was – it literally – it gives
01:06all of us the chills.
01:08So we are – we've obviously – telegraphing that from this podium, and we are ready.
01:14I can tell you that, again, through, as I've said before, regarding the nature of the reform
01:21and the reviews that have gone on, that we are ready to move now.
01:26So there has been no impact on our ability to perform those duties, those requests for
01:32aid, if and when they come in.
