00:32And there is a serious consideration, in fact, that if you have an American-owned entity
00:39via a company, perhaps not certainly the government necessarily, that that creates, I think the
00:46presumption is, is that it creates a deterrent to strike, that you have also an economic
00:53partnership that increases the economic viability of a nation, the general, certainly infrastructure
01:01stability of a nation, when you have people running your infrastructure or in a particular
01:05part of the infrastructure who know what they're doing, and that maintains not just the economic
01:10framework but also the security framework because of the nature and the need for energy.
01:15It also is, I think it is, and I don't want to presume what President Trump was considering,
01:25but just as a regular person, you'd realize that it is probably somewhat beneficial to
01:31have an economic relationship with a nation that has a history of being able to protect
01:39itself and protect its friends and makes it a little bit more difficult to attack you
01:44because of what the results might be.
