00:03and he claims the Trump administration didn't actually

00:07review whether the Venezuelan nationals were gang members

00:10before they were put on these flights,

00:12something you just touched on.

00:14Judge Justin Walker, who was appointed by Trump,

00:18says they were carefully vetted

00:20and verified as gang members.

00:23What is the true story here?

00:25Well, I'm confident in the Trump administration

00:29that they took all the necessary steps

00:32to verify the identities of the individuals

00:34that they deported.

00:36But here's a very important fact,

00:38again, for all of us to understand,

00:41is that United States citizens have certain rights

00:46which don't apply to foreign aliens.

00:49And these people who've been deported

00:51from the United States,

00:53the minute that they enter the United States

00:55illegally and unlawfully,

00:57they have violated U.S. laws.

00:59Every minute that they spent on U.S. ground,

01:02they were violating U.S. laws.

01:04And so these are, again, foreign nationals

01:07who do not have the constitutional rights

01:10to representation, to going through a fair trial.

01:15A lot of rights that are afforded to American citizens,

01:19according to the United States Constitution,

01:21don't apply to foreign aliens.
