Florida’s death penalty law was ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. Today the state is set to execute a prisoner for the first time in 18 months.

01:04week, helps to ensure the integrity of our system by requiring jury decisions

01:11for the death penalty be unanimous.

01:19By choosing to seek life sentences over death, we can assure that violent offenders will never be released.
