00:00A couple years ago it seemed like when you first joined a group there was a lot of gossip
00:18and now we don't hear too much about the gossip, people are talking about the music.
00:24Do you find that a relief? What is your reaction to the change?
00:28I think that people realize now that if we can come through that, we can come through anything.
00:58I think that people realize now that if we can come through that, we can come through anything.

02:28Is it a collaborative effort when you put a song together? How much input does a writer have with the way it's going to sound on the record?
02:43For me it's very collaborative because I play guitar and I play piano but I'm not a virtuoso either.
02:50So I just sort of write a song very very simply and then I just sort of have to say here.
02:57Because I can't go out and put all the great sounding parts on because I just don't have the knowledge to do it.
03:03So I have to pretty much give it to them and say do with it what you may.
03:20So I've just been getting flooded with everybody, even just a little boy drinking juice.
03:41It was just everybody's doing it. I think I even seen a dog on a skateboard rolling around with some juice taped to him or something.
03:48It's insane, you know what I mean?
