The most sustainable city in the world. That’s Gothenburg, in Sweden.

01:00Back in 2013, we issued the first green bond and became the first city in the world to

01:14use that kind of financial instrument.

01:34Without the bonds, it would have been more expensive and we would have to make a choice

01:39between money for schools and daycare and things like that instead of these investments.

02:01This supplies mainly all the buildings in Gothenburg with heat.

02:06The ferry is connected when it's at the dock with the district heating system, and therefore

02:13we don't have to use the oil that was used previous, which is very good for the CO2 reduction.
