00:21Picking up rubbish whenever you are at the beach for 5 minutes, for 3 minutes, for 10

00:29If every person gives a little bit of their time to contribute and take action towards

00:35the ocean, there is going to be a big effect on the health of our planet.

00:47The movement started in 2016 because I was concerned about the situation of plastic pollution

00:56in Costa Rica.

01:12We believe that through education we can make a big change.

01:16Not only beach cleanups is what matters to us, it's what comes after the beach cleanup.

01:22When you come back to your house, when you go back to the supermarket, start taking big

01:28steps towards the ocean.

01:30Start making changes in your lifestyle.
