01:46is not selfish.

01:51because they'd rather feed their kids.

01:54So, sir, if you think the law is more important

01:57than kids getting fed,

01:59then please go ahead with your decision,

03:45you know, we're going to have another 28 days,

03:47it knocked me to my knees.

03:49I couldn't take another 28 days.

03:51I had to get back to work.

03:56In Chiawassee County,

03:58which is where this barber's shop is,

04:00we have 196 confirmed cases of COVID-19 right now.

04:03We've had 13 deaths in that county alone.

04:06And we're going to have another 28 days

04:09to get back to work.

04:11So we're going to have to work.

04:26And the protections and the work that we've done

04:29is to protect the barber

04:31as well as all of his clients.

04:34And so that's why it's really important

04:37that we continue to be smart,

04:40to do this in incremental stages,

04:43to listen to the data,

04:45to ramp up our testing,

04:47and continue moving forward.

04:56Michigan, all of you business owners,

05:00you beauticians, you barbers,

05:02massage therapists, all of you,

05:05open up your shop.

05:16Open up your shop. Stand up and show up.
