03:11Make no mistake, the road ahead is not easy.

03:33We may fall short.

03:35But I pledge to you that we will act boldly and deal with our challenges honestly.

03:43We will speak truths, and we will act with the same faith in you that we ask you to place

03:52in us.

04:09I definitely understand that there is a lot of fear surrounding the vaccine.

04:14People have questions with how quickly it's been made or with who is putting it out.

04:19I think that the thing most people would be surprised to hear and that kind of did

04:23surprise me was just how normal it all was.

04:28It kind of felt the same as like a regular doctor visit, just with extra information.

04:45What I want to say is we owe these folks an awful lot.
