00:04on the possibility of sending American Typhoon Missile Systems to the Philippines.

00:14The Armed Forces of the Philippines has agreed

00:18that it is possible to deploy the US Indo-Pacific Command

00:21with another Typhoon Missile System in the Philippines.

00:25The AFP has not yet confirmed this.

00:27But if the opportunity arises, this will be the second Typhoon Missile System in the country.

00:32This is a welcome development for the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

00:36We can say that the more the merrier.

00:39So the more assets that we have, the more also that we are able to train more personnel on our part.

00:45So we are accepting this willingly.

00:48Last year, the first Typhoon Missile System used in various exercises arrived in the country.

00:55This was previously controlled by China, where they even appealed to remove it.

01:00But for the AFP, this is an opportunity to strengthen their capabilities,

01:06especially in the use of the plans of the Philippines.

01:10The defense posture of the Republic of the Philippines is not designed against any other country.

01:15It is an action of a sovereign state.

01:18In the region, we have been abiding by the rules-based international order.

01:22Other countries, especially the Chinese Communist Party,

01:25has not been abiding by international law.

01:29They have been disrupting the region.

01:30It was an opportunity to visit the U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth for the first time this week in the Philippines.

01:38This visit reaffirms what our allies have been saying for a long time,

01:44that their commitment is ironclad.

01:48Meanwhile, in the West Philippine Sea,

01:51the AFP supported the call of Defense Secretary Gavotio Toro

01:55to the 10-dash line of China in the entire South China Sea

01:58as a lie brought by the AFP.

02:02It is a joke designed merely for entertainment purposes.

02:07It is absurd, no legal basis.

02:10It is beyond normal imagination.
