01:54It's more about trying to get everyone playing in harmony and understanding of the bigger

02:01And I think we saw that in the last game.

02:03But now that's all done, that's in the past and we have to show that again tomorrow in

02:07the next game.

02:19David, how did you see the performance against Rwandans?

02:23Two-nil, it ended.

02:24It was a great one.

02:25But I think kudos must go to Eric for helping Nigeria to get their first win after a frustrating

02:32run of five on winless games.

02:34But I know it's not yet there but it's the right way to start the whole thing.

02:39But the next game is going to be a difficult one.

02:41They got the job done, playing that diamond system formation so it really helped the team.

02:46Like you said, this game against Zimbabwe does feel like one that the Eagles should

02:51not take lightly.

02:52Remember they played a draw against Zimbabwe last year, now they're returning to Nigeria

02:57and there is a tendency to be complacent.

02:59So what must they do to get all three points?

03:02Because it's definitely all three points that is needed or nothing.

03:05Everybody knows now, any little slip-up we're out of the race.

03:08So the player must come to her face and do the right thing.

03:12Because Zimbabwe is not going to be a stroll in the park.

03:14They're going to come here fighting.

03:16But I'm happy now that we have a super-Eagle weapon of mass destruction in charge now,

03:23We shouldn't have any problem.

03:24I used to tell people, I said, the net looks like a house to me.

03:27Like everybody used to say.

03:28So when he sees the net, he wants to get the goal.

03:30So I'm confident we're going to get three points.

03:31But it won't come so easily.

03:32We shouldn't be complacent.

03:33It's going to be tough but we'll get the job done.

03:36It may not be more than one or two goals but we'll get the job done.

03:41What impression did you make of him after the game?

03:44Now even in the game and after, because now we understand that there's not so much media

03:50activity.

03:51It's demanded so much focus from the players.

03:54No visitors, no media activity.

03:57What's your take on that?

03:58And I think I belong to the school of thought who never supported his appointment in the

04:01first place.

04:02But then I must give kudos to him.

04:03We were able to get that first win.

04:05But then it's not yet Uhuru.

04:06It was too early for us to begin to judge his tactical savvy.

04:09He did the right thing with the 4-4-2 and he brought in the right players at the right

04:12time.

04:13Prediction is what matters most.

04:14And this player did get the job done.

04:16But I think, talking about Chiel, he has what it takes to get his job done.

04:21Because he has the kind of embarrassment of stars to pick from.

04:24So if he doesn't get the result, he's not going to stay long as Super Rugby Group manager.

04:28But I think he should do the right thing, get his job done and put his head on the ground.
