01:49It's very important as of today, especially that we are about to face this kind of water crisis, water supply crisis.
01:57So we have to move faster.
02:00We have to move very systematically so that we can answer all the issues, all the woody problems in the coming months or days.
02:10Roads are expected to be improved under the Mindanao Road Sector Project.
02:16After its funding is approved, it will provide faster and better transportation.
02:22Aside from this, there are 224 projects currently being implemented under the Public-Private Partnership,
02:32such as the rehabilitation of Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Lagindingan International Airport, and the Metro Rail Transit Line.
02:41There are projects that can be completed by 2025-2026.
02:47There are only occasional external factors, especially in infrastructure.
02:54We need to address the right-of-way problems.
02:59The government and the administration will not be able to handle this without the help of every person, including LGUs and the local government.
03:11If this is resolved quickly, the administration can finish it.
03:16Currently, there are 175 projects being implemented.
