00:30The release of Madanik will affect approximately 601 prisons across Malaysia.

00:39The highest number is in Keluang Prison, with 68 people.

00:45The lowest number is in Kota Kinabalu Women's Prison.

00:50The rest are related to other institutions throughout Malaysia.

00:55The release criteria are free of charge.

01:02First, you have to be a good citizen while in prison.

01:08You will be sentenced to three years in prison.

01:13You will be monitored by local police.

01:17We have about 52 PPDs across Malaysia.

01:23We have 28 SPDs.

01:27We have about 100 monitoring centres.

01:33They monitor prisoners who have been licensed.

01:39Prisoners must be in the area where they have been licensed.

01:45If they work, they must be disciplined.

01:53In this community, we want them to be ready to live in society.

02:00They must be able to integrate.

02:02Most importantly, they must be able to behave.

02:04They must be able to behave well and be disciplined...

02:07...while being licensed in the community.

02:10What do you expect from the PPDs?

02:17We hope they will be able to behave well...

02:40...that take our prospects and work in their companies.

02:53I was supposed to be released on the 6th of May.
