00:08For those who are planning to go to the North this day,

00:12motorists will be free starting later this afternoon on the North Luzon Expressway

00:19from Balintawak to Maycawayan as part of the call of the Department of Transportation.

00:26According to the NLEX Corporation,

00:28temporary toll relief will remain in the so-called Expressway

00:32until all four lanes of the Marilao Northbound are reopened.

00:37Some changes are being implemented to the traffic flow

00:40such as the temporary prohibition of Class 2 and Class 3 vehicles

00:44that have passed the stop-and-go scheme to ensure the safety of motorists.

00:50The NLEX is also asking for the public's understanding

00:54while speeding up the traffic flow

00:59to return the normal traffic flow to the area as soon as possible.
