00:05in the face of the kidnapping of 238 nationals by the government of the United States

00:09and their illegal imprisonment in El Salvador.

00:12The statement expresses,

00:13the excuse without prior trial of being members of the Tren Daragua

00:17has served to formalize the political and economic agreements

00:20between the governments of El Salvador and the United States

00:23as part of an ultra-right-wing bloc in the region.

00:26Kidnapping centers and now prisons in El Salvador

00:29are serving as international torture centers

00:31to criminalize and prosecute protests and poverty.

00:35It continues by saying,

00:37the fascist face that today the empire presently shows us

00:40can only be confronted with the organization of the internationalist popular struggle

00:45together with our repudiation.

00:47We call on the social and popular organizations

00:50to speak out in rejection of this fascist policy

00:52that today is expressed throughout the length and breadth of the imperial bloc.
