Ecuador's Electoral Council modifies elections to same date for presidential debate

Ecuador's National Electoral Council (CNE) recently made a significant change by aligning the start of the electoral campaign with the date of the presidential debate, March 23. teleSUR

00:52he who ended up winning the election in the second round.

00:56On Sunday's debate, education, health and social security, crime and security, economy

01:03and employment, as well as governance, will be the issues to be discussed in the mandatory
