00:00In France, police repressed a demonstration against racism amidst the commemoration of

00:05the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.

00:08French security forces used tear gas to disperse demonstrators in Paris.

00:12More than 220 organizations were present at the mobilization in support of foreign workers

00:17and migrants who suffer hostilities because of their nationality.

00:20This on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the declaration of the International Day

00:24for the Elimination of Discrimination by the United Nations General Assembly.

00:30And in the United States, one person died and several others were wounded at a shooting

00:42in the state of New Mexico.

00:44On Friday night, a gunman attacked a group of civilians at John Park, a family recreational

00:49area in the city of Las Cruces.

00:52Las Cruces police said 10 people were taken to several hospitals in the area with gunshot

00:56wounds.

00:57So far, there is no precise report on neither the number of wounded people nor the seriousness

01:02of their injuries.

01:03In the meantime, the authorities are conducting an investigation to locate the person responsible

01:08for the shooting.
