00:31And currently, they are submitting their resumes and requirements to the booths of the agencies that are here now.
00:43The mall operation of a well-known and big mall here at Edge of Shrine is not yet starting.
00:48The line of women who want to work abroad is already long.
00:53Today, a job fair was launched by the Department of Migrant Workers and Women
00:59as a celebration of International Women's Month.
01:03According to the Department of Migrant Workers and Women, 13 accredited agencies are involved in offering land and sea-based jobs.
01:11They bring 4,370 jobs for skilled and professional workers in different parts of the country
01:20such as the USA, Hungary, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and many more.
01:25Aside from the job fair, the DMW also held the Anti-Illegal Recruitment and Trafficking in Persons Seminar and the Pre-Employment Seminar.
01:35The DMW is proud that we are working with our women workers.
01:45This is our contribution to our women workers.
01:51We value the importance of women in our society.
01:56We have so many women workers outside the country.
02:01We need to increase the number of our women workers here in the Philippines
02:13so that they can go abroad for a decent and good job.
02:19Aside from the job fair, there are also security agencies here
02:24such as the SSS, Pag-ibig, DFA, and many others
02:29who are applying for jobs without any requirements.
02:32They can apply for jobs here and they can be transferred to the agencies they are applying for.
02:41This is open until 4 p.m.
02:44Those who want to apply and work abroad can go to this mall here in Mayortigas.
02:51This is not only for women, but also for men.
02:57They have a kiosk here where they can put their resumes.
