00:00B, what's your favorite move the Commanders made this offseason?
00:04My favorite move so far has been bringing Bobby Wagner back.
00:08Dude, really?
00:09Yes.
00:10I'm gonna ask a question that I feel like I know the answer to.
00:14Is there any chance you watched all ears last night?
00:17No.
00:18That was my favorite move.
00:20I think it's the most important, maybe not favorite, but most important.
00:23You know how I think.
00:25Everybody else just want to look for the beauty of something, okay?
00:32Like if you go get a new car, I tell people all the time,
00:33if you don't have a motor, you can't go any damn where.
00:36You can have a fresh car without a motor in it, guess what you're doing?
00:39Sitting your ass in one spot.
00:41Bobby Wagner, to me, he enhanced the brotherhood.
00:47I watched this dude on the road talking to players on offense, defense, and special teams.
00:53I've heard coaches praise him and rave about how good he was.
00:57When guys roll in and they're looking at a future Hall of Famer,
01:00they're normally going to follow suit with what that person says.
01:03So getting him back, it continues and it carries on one more year or so.
01:07And I guess remember they said they didn't want Jaden to have to be the leader.
01:12Well, it's one more year where he gets to learn again from a damn good one.
01:16So I just love that move because too many times you're,
01:20a guy hits 30 and everybody want to dismiss him.
01:23They show some importance and still keeping continuity.
01:26And I love that.
01:27So for me, I don't, I don't disagree with anything you said.
01:34In fact, I agree with what you said, but I would also add,
01:38they've added a lot offensively.
01:40Yeah.
01:40Right.
01:40You had Debo.
01:41You had Tunsil.
01:44Offensively, they were already good.
01:46They were, they were the best.
01:48They were the best was the best part of the team last year.
01:50They were a top five unit in most important statistical categories.
01:54If not top five, then top 10 offensively.
01:56They could go last year with what probably wasn't the best skill position group.
02:03Jaden will have in his career.
02:05Probably not the best offensive line.
02:07Jaden will have in his career.
02:08They've added significant parts to both of those units defensively.
02:16We can debate Kinlaw and Harris.
02:18We can debate the players they brought in, if their improvements are what they are compared
02:22to last year, but defensively, we know they did not bring in two guys with all pro seasons
02:28on their resume.
02:29They did not do that period.
02:32And their defense wasn't as good as their offense last year.
02:34Yeah.
02:35If you take away a dude that was a second team, all pro, oh, by the way, played every
02:40snap was the green dot called your plays.
02:44Like you can't afford to lose him.
02:46I'm with that.
02:47You know, I'm totally with it, but I also believe, like I said, his influence is not
02:52only on the defensive side of the football.
02:54And when you have guys on your team like that, you have to allow those guys, you know, to
03:02be around and do the things they're capable of doing.
