00:00On our next stop with our series with Visit Horse Country, we are at Lane's End Farm.

00:07We are joining fans as they get to celebrate by meeting Zenyatta for her 20th birthday.

00:14Today we have a two times for Zenyatta's birthday.

00:19So we opened up 10 slots through Visit Horse Country for each 10am and 1pm and it's just

00:25a meet and greet style.

00:26So they come out here, everybody got an individual opportunity to take photos and love on Zenyatta,

00:31feed her treats, and celebrate her 20th birthday.

00:36I think it was really sweet the way they put out things for the fans and all we get to

00:41take home, the little goodie bags and the cookies and everything, the special remembrances.

00:46Yeah, I thought they did a really great experience for the fans and make it special.

00:50I've been a horse racing fan for years, actually the first year I got into racing was the year

00:54before she raced.

00:55I actually interned here several years ago, but whenever I was here, Zenyatta was not

01:00pregnant that year, so I worked in the foaling barns, but this is the first time I've actually

01:04got to see her up close, so it was really cool.

01:06I came on to do the tours and we were really only set up to do just stallion tours about

01:12once a month and it's just grown really over the last three or four years.

01:17Now we're offering shuttle tours almost every day and it's super exciting that we're able

01:22to include Zenyatta on some of those tours now.

01:25We have everybody come through, whether they have been a fan of racing for years or if

01:31they've never seen a horse before, so it's really fun to kind of let people into our

01:35world and see why we're all so passionate about it.

01:40It's just great to be able to welcome fans, it's been a lot of requests that we've had

01:44to say no to over the years, so it's really exciting to finally get to say yes.

01:48I got to see her race two times.

01:51I went and saw both times she was in the Breeders' Cup Classic, but I hadn't always wanted to

01:56have an opportunity to see her up close in an opportunity like this.

02:01Can't believe I actually got the chance to come and it was everything I was hoping it

02:04would be.

02:06One of my favorite things about her is when we do come out here for the shuttle tour,

02:10we don't have somebody holding her, so she could be anywhere in the paddock and oftentimes

02:13she'll see us, she'll lift up her head and then slowly make her way over, basically so

02:18that everyone can get their photos, and then she'll pose and then just walk right back

02:22to where she started, so we know that she loves to have her fans out here and say hi

02:27and then just go back to her deck.

02:30She had this unique style of racing, she would come from behind, I think it kind of just

02:35taught everybody to never give up.

02:37It really helped build excitement for the racing fans, but I've been a racing fan since

02:42I was like five years old.

02:44I have to say, she's one of my favorite horses of all time.

02:46This is unbelievable!

02:50Zenyatta, what a performance, one we'll never forget.

02:55She's the queen, and she knows it.

02:58You can tell today by the way she interacted with her fans, she knows she's special and

03:01we all bowed down to her, so it was super cool to get to see her.
