00:07they had such inadequate resources before these events even happened?

00:13They have to improvise, they have to make do with the means that they have.

00:16Thankfully during the ceasefire we have been able to bring some supplies in

00:23including UNICEF. We have been bringing health supplies in, medical disposables,

00:28obstetric kits to help deliver babies, specialised equipment for neonatal units

00:34for instance warmed lamps, patient monitors for neonatal intensive care

00:40units but so much more is needed and what is really frustrating is that we

00:45have those supplies including health supplies ready to be moved in if only we

00:50were allowed to bring them in.
