00:00And in terms of the strength of the Houthis, we understand there are tens of thousands

00:06of fighters, an arsenal of drones, some ballistic missiles.

00:11I mean, how strong are they, and where are they getting all their weaponry from?

00:16Predominantly, they're getting the weaponry from Iran, and many of the things that they

00:20use to attack these ships are coming straight from Iran, essentially.

00:25And the forensic will indicate that.

00:27There is an attempt, I believe, by the Houthis to try to manufacture some of their weapon

00:32systems there.

00:33It does, in a way, protect the Iranian hand in this.

00:41But it's clear from the U.S., all our partners, that they know who is behind this.

00:46They are a proxy force, not a direct one.

00:49They're not as substantial as Hezbollah when it comes to taking tasking from Iran.

00:53But if Iran didn't like what they were doing, they would stop sending them weapons, because

00:58if they didn't have that capacity, again, they can have all the desire in the world,

01:02but they wouldn't be able to carry this out.

01:03And so the clearest indication of Iran's willingness to see this happen is the fact they keep supplying

01:08them with weapons.
