Quick Iftaar Eats powered by Shangrila Foods: Fast Iftaar Fixes for This Ramadan!

BBQ Chicken Tacos – Smoky, juicy BBQ-flavored chicken tucked into soft tortillas with fresh toppings. These quick and tasty tacos, bursting with Shangrila’s flavorful sauces, will have you munching away!

Ingredients:

4 small Tortillas
2 Tbsp Oil
1 cup Chicken
1 Tbsp Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce
¼ cup Shangrila Tomato Ketchup
¼ cup Green Onion
¼ cup Shangrila BBQ Sauce
¼ cup Cheddar Cheese
¼ cup Onion
½ cup Lettuce
Directions:

Toast the 4 small tortillas on a pre-heated pan.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the chicken until it turns slightly brown.
Once the chicken is browned, add 1 tablespoon of Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce.
Add ¼ cup of Shangrila Tomato Ketchup and ¼ cup of green onions.
Pour in ¼ cup of Shangrila BBQ Sauce and let it simmer until the gravy thickens.
Once ready, place the chicken mixture onto the tortillas.
Top with ¼ cup of cheddar cheese and add ½ cup of lettuce for freshness and crunch.
Carefully fold one side of the tortilla and roll it up to close.
