00:00You just released a new single. What can you tell us about it and what has the fan response been like so far?
00:05The fans are so excited and so am I. It just makes me more excited to release more music.
00:09It's the first single off like a new album I have coming out.
00:13Yeah, we're gonna be debuting a lot of the songs at Stagecoach this year and I'm just excited.
00:19I feel like I've been writing like the best music of my life.
00:21I feel like I finally found like my sound as an artist after Austin and the whole album.
00:25So girls excited. Yeah.
00:28That's amazing. We're excited to hear more music.
00:30And with Stagecoach, how are you preparing for that performance right now?
00:34I'm actually like working out like crazy. I'm trying to get in like the best physical shape.
00:38One, because I'm gonna be wearing, well I can't tell.
00:42I gotta wear something, you know, I gotta be in good shape.
00:45I don't want to spoil it for you guys. It's gonna be a dramatic outfit, okay?
00:49Dramatic outfit and also like I gotta sound perfect.
00:52So I'm just like training my body and myself and it's gonna be a cool set. Yeah.
00:57Who's another artist that's playing Stagecoach who you're excited to check out their set while you're there?
01:02Oh my god, well Lana Del Rey's playing.
01:04Which I'm very curious because she was supposed to release a country album but never did.
01:08So maybe she'll be playing it? I don't know.
01:10We'll see. I'm curious about that one.
01:12But it's gonna be a fun time. Yeah.

01:17What do you remember about the first time you heard yourself on the radio?
01:20Oh my god. I was in a cab in New York and I was going to a label meeting.
01:25It was unsigned at the time.
01:26And I remember the song came on. Austin came on.
01:29And I was like, oh my god, oh my god.
01:31And I was telling the cab driver. I was alone.
01:33I was like, this is my song. And he's like, turn it up.
01:36And I was like, no, no, it's my song.
01:37And he's like, okay, okay. And I'm like, no, it's my song.
01:41It was funny. He didn't understand but I was screaming.
01:44So whatever.
