00:00The government helped the Filipinos who were sent home from Malaysia.

00:06Because of various cases, there is news that Iloyza Muhammad of Radyo Pilipinas fell.

00:15The case of the people of the Ministry of Social Services and Development or MSSD in Cebu

00:21is a case of Filipinos who are returning home from Malaysia.

00:25And because the Malaysian government sent them home because of various cases,

00:29the government helped the MSSD in 82 Filipinos.

00:34Upon their arrival, we prepared an intake of MSSD social workers.

00:42We also gave them welfare goods, which is 25 kilos of rice,

00:49food packs, which is coffee, sardines, tuna, and corned beef.

00:57But the MSSD admitted that they will not stop returning to Cebu

01:02some of the Filipinos who were sent home because their families and livelihoods are there.

01:08So they advised to get proper documents and follow the proper immigration process.

01:15When I saw that they will not be stopped,

01:19I went to the MSSD office and I referred them to cases like in Reps.

01:29Work and opportunities are the main reasons for the residents of Cebu to come to Sabah,

01:36even if they may be arrested because of illegal entry to Malaysia.

01:40Nevertheless, the government will continue to help and support their livelihoods.
