00:00In the government's efforts to meet the needs of the people today, we must cultivate quality

00:09and strengthen the delivery of public services to the entire region.

00:14Part of the government's efforts is to implement the agenda of reforming public services.

00:21Therefore, the public touch kiosk has been announced by the Honourable Prime Minister

00:27at the start of the 2025 shopping season and was launched by him on 9 January in Alamanda, Putrajaya.

00:36Honourable Ministers, the Prime Minister is also eager for this kiosk to be expanded

00:42throughout the country to ensure that the people can feel the essence of the government.

00:47Today, we will fulfill the desire by launching the second public touch kiosk in KL Sentral.

00:56This kiosk brings together various government services kiosks in the public sector

01:01as a digital public services platform to facilitate public access to government services

01:09as well as supporting the country's digitalisation agenda.

01:13This kiosk will also be located in selected locations, including the shopping malls

01:19which can provide convenient access as well as have a longer day and operation time than government offices.

01:27With more than 220,000 passengers passing through KL Sentral every day,

01:32it continues to play an important role as the main hub that connects the public and supports rapid mobility.

01:40With its strategic location at the centre of the country's daily movement,

01:45this public touch kiosk will also benefit the high number of passengers,

01:49giving ease to the people who are often distracted and ensuring that important services are available in the most suitable location.

01:58Efforts to expand the public touch kiosk network will continue with the opening of the third public touch kiosk

02:06in the centre of the main district of Selangor.

02:09With this approach, we hope that this public touch kiosk

02:12can be a model for the transformation of public services that are more accessible to the public,

02:17digital and relevant with the needs of the time.
