00:18and pointed out that if the people cannot express themselves,
00:21then there is a tyranny.

00:24in the framework of an institutional clash
00:26caused by the refusal of Congress
00:28to pass the labor and health reforms
00:30promoted by the government,
00:31with support from Colombian society.
00:41Regarding the Senate's verdict,
00:43several social organizations mobilized
00:45the National Congress headquarters
00:46in defense of the labor reform
00:48in relation to condemning the initiative
00:50that could threaten labor rights.
00:52Some spokespersons demanded its recovery
00:54of the rights of the working class,
00:56such as the labor nature of the apprenticeship contract.
00:59They claimed that Congress seeks to favor the employers
01:02only through the exemption of the corporate monetization.
