00:14I think the President's made his position on that quite clear.

00:17The NATO Secretary General will be here tomorrow.

00:21What is the President hoping to get out of that meeting?

00:23What are his thoughts of the NATO Secretary General?

00:26Yes, he will be here tomorrow, and I suspect the President will provide

00:29some guidance on that meeting after it takes place.

00:32But I'm quite confident, as he always does when it comes to NATO,

00:35he will urge the NATO Secretary, the President's belief that NATO countries

00:40need to pay their fair share for their own defense.

00:43We have been spending billions and billions of dollars on NATO,

00:46which the President agrees with, so long as other countries are paying their fair share.

00:50Is 5% still his commitment, like what he expects from the European countries,

00:545% of GDP for defense?

00:57The last time I spoke with him, that was his commitment.
