00:00So it's not easy as a working mom, but I feel like I wouldn't be able to be good at this job
00:06if I was not a mother. And I say that because I think being a wife and a mom is always my number
00:13one priority and it really grounds me in this job. And, you know, there's a lot of criticism
00:19that comes with being the president's spokeswoman and I could care less about it because I know I
00:24have a husband and a baby who just want to hang out with me and play toys and they, you know,
00:29he just wants to snuggle and have me be his mom. And what was happening up here is now that we have
00:35taken over the responsibilities of the National Security Council, thanks to the restructuring
00:40of Secretary Rubio when he became National Security Advisor, Stephen Chung and I are responsible for
00:46all communications matters, including national security. And so we felt it became very inappropriate
00:51for reporters to be loitering around sensitive information in our offices. And we did,
00:58unfortunately, catch some unruly reporters recording us without our permission, listening
01:04in on conversations, eavesdropping. We'd have staff meetings in the morning. Some of the reporters
01:10started to pick up on that and we'd walk out and they would be out there trying to listen.
